Any money won by a US resident in the amount of $600 or more will have to fill out the tax forms prior to receiving any winnings. Also, anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardians approval prior to entering, because the parent or guardian will be responsible for any applicable tax documents. Any player from outside the US must also fill out the applicable tax documents prior to winnings being issued.
$5 of each entry fee is used towards the maintenance, CC fees, Domain fees, server costs, etc…
